I ordered by December 2 and today secember 21 I didn’t have my order yet, the customer service didn’t have a phone number just via e mail I regret buying this
Main gripe was with the delivery, no updates from their delivery partner.. was in the dark for about 7days until the sudden arrival at my doorstep.
The RGB lights are also an absolute distraction, wish I could disable the RGB and / or dim the brightness.
Functions as advertised, the heat dissipation also helps a little for the heat coming from the Wireless charging of the mobile device. Pretty satisfied with the overall product!
