140W PD 3.1

I recently purchased the 140W PD 3.1 charger + Phantom C to C Cable.
Overall, works as advertised. The functionality meets my expectations, and I'm pleased with its performance.
Communication with customer service was satisfactory.
They were responsive to my inquiries, which added to the positive experience.
However, the shipping time was longer than anticipated since the item was shipped from China.
If you're not in a hurry, this might not be an issue, but it's something to consider when making your purchase.
In summary, I’m happy with the product itself and the customer service experience. Just be prepared for a longer wait for delivery!

I ordered this product in September and hoped to use it while traveling abroad (it comes with travel adapters). Unfortunately Sharge had some issues on their side and didn't have the colour I ordered (orange) and it took a bit more time than usual for the replacement product (white) to arrive (I had to ask about it for them to tell me about stock issues and to offer the replacement). Once arrived, the adaptor plugs were missing, they shipped the missing parts shortly after I asked them about it and all is sorted (thank you customer support team <3 ).

The product itself is working just as advertised. It looks slick and does exactly what I hoped it would: fast charge my items and looking nice on the desk.
