the power bank is very cool in all respects but not without minuses, 1 minus I do not understand why charging via magnetic connector is only 18 watts (9 volts 2 amperes) (there are five contacts, which is enough for fast charging VOOC), 2 minus is the fragility of the power bank plastic, I have been using the power bank for almost a month and at the moment it looks like this (I always carry it in a case, once fell from the height of my pants pocket onto the laminate)
I pre-ordered this powerbank and it arrived in August 2024, unfortunately it was a failed unit as it didn't provide the advertised 10,000Mah. I contacted support and they didn't help at all, and simply reminded me that they only look at the Rated capacity and not the advertised capacity.
My unit barely gives the rated capacity, and that's it, nothing more when it should give me almost two full charges of my OnePlus 12.
There's a significant difference in both capacities, and after 8 months of constant use (almost daily), I can say that it is a really convenient and useful product. Unfortunately their customer support don't live up to it and I ended up paying the price for trusting the brand and supporting a cool initiative with the OnePlus collaboration.
Great product with near perfect implementations. Let me start by saying this product is great. The combination of charger and power bank is great. The inclusions of supervooc is awesome. The few complaints I have is actually with the charging cable. How it attaches to the bank is great and would not change that. The two small problems are really minor but that the connection covers do not lock when the connectors are shrouded. Also I wish there was a better way of managing the cable. It could possibly fixed by a longer Velcro strap. If it was possible to keep the cables more secure to the body would be good. Despite of these two items this product is great and I am happy that I bought this.
