DO NOT BUY

Would give zero stars if I could. Product charges very slowly, is heavy, charging speeds are inconsistent. I used for 2 days before asking to refund. After a few emails back and forth I was told simply “we can’t return open products”. Is this on their website? Yes. Is this an absolutely ridiculous return policy these days? Also yes. This isn’t a personal hygiene product or a consumable item, things that understandably have a “no returns” policy.
