ICEMAG 2

Lovely product and good customer service when I needed it, but I have questions. Does the fan actually do something or is it just there for looks? The heatsink on the back works because I've tried it before. Also, is it actually Q2 certified? Nah, I'm joking. Too bad my phone only takes like 5 watts on a good day (S23FE). Also, good super fast wattage with wired charging, and one last question: the vents on the side, I'm pretty sure they have waterproofing mesh on the side, or not? I don't know, but can stuff still enter and get in and damage stuff? Again lovely product.

Never found anything like this magnetic and actively cooled charger. Keeps my phone from overheating while charging, and honestly helps a lot when away from home for extended periods of time. This is a must-buy if you plan on being out for a large portion of the day and need a charge.

Love using mine and comes really useful when I’m out on site.

This charger is nothing more then a fancy gimmick. Like the rest of us I have had my share of 10,000 mAH battery banks. The idea that this charger is any different then the rest is a mere pipe dream. Lets be honest inside this charger is a battery and capacitors with a copper charge coil that's it !! The gimmick is the cooling fan first off its to small to have any real airflow to say its icee cool, its also highly restrictive Its funny how the intake and exhaust are the same size, even with blowing air over an aluminum plate, aluminum being a lousy conductor of heat there is nothing cold as ice here. Aluminum is a cheap alternative to copper witch actually conducts heat if they were really serious about keeping the pots and chips cool they would be using copper !!! Even more so the ridiculous circus lights make it look more cheap and not being able to turn them off makes the unit look cheesy. In real world applications charging my iPhone 16 Pro Max from 60% to 100% eats 50% of the 10,000mAH battery and takes better then 30 minutes .

The price point of $59.00 is just ridiculous for a 10,000 mAH battery bank. I could see if this was 20,000mAH bank but 10,000 is just over priced. When it comes to charging quality faster is not always better, my daily driver the Anker MagGo is still a better product then the Icemag 2. The Icemag 2 wont stay in place unlike the MagGo so that means you cant charge as you walk or if its in your bag, while both are 10,000 mAH the MagGo is higher quality and stays secure to your phone while on the go. Clearly this fan is nothing more then hot air when considering the MagGo has no fan and stays cool.

After reviewing your product thoroughly, I think the Icemag 2 is interesting, the whole cooling concept might work but it really needs a redesign. I would love to share my ideas with you to make your product better. If your interested reach out to my email and we can bounce some ideas. As for now Anker will continue to be my power bank of choice. Interesting product but hard to take serious !!!!
