    Stopped Working After A Month

    I received my MOSS charger as a free gift for spending over a certain amount on products, from Sharge. However after a month of use, it stopped working. Customer service doesn't appear to exist at Sharge. You can get through to someone on Facebook and Discord. They will tell you that your issue has been forwarded to someone who should contact me soon. But it never happens. The charger was good while it worked.
