Everything Good
Super super fast charger and also super cool.
After having bought several devices and all very correct, superior quality and excellent performance. I decided to buy the storm 2 slim since it takes up less space and has enough power to charge what I need. when I open the box and turn on the battery nothing happened... I left it in Shargeek's official 100 w charger to see if it started charging but it took about 15 minutes to revive, during the charging process it warmed up much more than the 100w storm 2. once the loading process was loaded the I went to look at the health of the battery and to my surprise it had already been used 2 full cargo cycles, I have notified customer service in several emails and I have not received a response, I am quite disappointed with the attention received after having spent enough on 2 large orders. I will think about it the next time I decide to buy a product.
